SHIPPING POLICY

What happens if an item I purchased is not in stock?

If you place an order for a product that is labeled "On Order" or "Out of Stock," we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If the ETA of your backordered item changes, one of our Customer Service Representatives will notify you via email of any significant shipping delays or additional wait times. Should you have any questions about the status of your order, or if you need to change or modify your order at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

 

How long will it take to process my order?

98% of orders that contain items designated as "In Stock" will ship the same day if placed before 3pm CST on a weekday. If the in-stock order is placed after these hours, it will be scheduled to ship the next business day. Items labeled "On Order" or "Out of Stock" typically do leave our warehouse by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. We generally allow a few days to process any given order, but we do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an electronic notification via email as soon as your product ships.

 

What if I want my order shipped to a location other than my billing address?

If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend you allow extra time for order fulfillment if you are shipping to an alternate address and have a specific delivery deadline. If you have any questions about your order verification, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department.

 

How long will shipping take?

The time it takes for your order to be delivered primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. Most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays, so please take that into account when choosing your shipping method during checkout. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier's website. As a general rule, UPS transit times are as follows:

UPS Next Day Air - Delivered within 1 Business Day
UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered within 2 Business Days
UPS 3-Day Service - Delivered within 3 Business Days
UPS Ground - Delivered within 3-5 Business Days

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. We can cancel any order that has not been processed. If your order is currently in processing or has already been shipped, you must go through the return process in order to obtain a refund for your order. For more information about the terms and conditions which will govern your return, please refer to our Return Policies page.

 

What should I do if I want to return a product?

If you would like to return a product, please click here and enter your name, order number and then indicate the item you would like to return. Before returning your product, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the guidelines found on our Return Policies page to ensure your return shipment meets all of the RMA conditions and Standard Return Policy requirements. Failure to comply with the terms stated in our Return Policy and on the RMA form may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Please be aware that Mad Subie Performance will not accept your return if the item has been opened, installed, or otherwise used in any way. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our Customer Service Department. If you have any questions regarding the return process that have not been answered here or on our Return Policies page, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. 

 

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you think you've received the wrong product, please double-check the part number on the Mad Subie Performance product label with the part number listed on your packing slip. If those numbers do not match, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives before opening or using your product. We recommend you have your order number and product packaging on hand to expedite your call. Do not discard any of the parts or packaging; these items will be needed to process your return and replacement shipment.

 

What should I do if my shipment was delivered damaged?

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our Customer Service Representatives immediately. Contact details including telephone numbers, email addresses, and a Live Chat link can all be found on our Contact Us page. Please do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. All original products and packaging materials must be provided in order to fully process a damage claim, and Mad Subie Performance is not liable for shipping claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

Domestic Shipping Rates

All Shipping rates are accurate and current and must be quoted on the online. The Mad Subie Performance department does not offer any promotions or discounts on shipping rates; please refer to the shipping calculator for your shipping options and prices for each shipment.  Mad Subie Performance only ships to the continental USA,

  

APO / PO Box Shipments

If you would like to have your order shipped to an APO or PO Box, please select USPS as the shipping carrier during checkout. (Please note USPS DOES NOT offer blind drop ships) We also ask you to be aware that the United States Postal Service has placed size restrictions on shipments sent to postal boxes; if you have added a large item to your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, the package is probably too large to ship to your postal box. If you choose to have your APO or PO Box shipment sent via a different carrier, we suggest you verify delivery possibilities with that carrier before placing your order. You will be held liable for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment if your package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot deliver parcels to your postal box. Turnaround Time

The majority of orders containing items designated as "In Stock" will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 8:00PM MST when shipping via UPS Ground, 3 Day and 2 Day.

Our service levels have shipping cutoff times as follows:
UPS (Ground, 2 Day, 3 Day) : 6:00PM MST
UPS (Next Day, International) : 4:00PM MST
FedEx (All Service Levels) : 3:00PM MST
USPS (All Service Levels) : 1:00PM MST

Items labeled "On Order" or "Out of Stock" typically ship by the estimated ship date (when indicated) on the website. If no date is indicated, we will email you an ETA when one is provided to us by the manufacturer. Our Customer Service Representatives monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.

  

Shipment Insurance

Mad Subie Performance insures and guarantees all packages shipped from our facility. If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our Customer Service Representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment; in order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Mad Subie Performance is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
