Flywheels manufactured by SBC are made from low carbon, hot rolled steel that is highly resistant to warping and perfectly suited for the friction materials mated to them. Single mount CNC machining guarantees precise tolerances and perfect balance exceeding O.E. specifications. Extensive field testing has been done to determine the proper weight for each specific vehicle and to ensure smooth operation, safety and durability under extreme operating conditions.
South Bend Steel Flywheel that has been crafted from low carbon, hot rolled steel designed to be heat resistant to warping while providing an excellent friction surface to host your clutch. South Bend built this flywheel using a single mount CNC machining process that guarantees precise tolerances along with perfect balance that meets or exceeds OEM specifications. This flywheel has also been the result of extensive field testing to determine the proper weight for this particular application which ensures a smooth operation along with a safe and durable component under extreme driving conditions.
This particular flywheel weighs 20lbs, and will come with new hardware to make it ready for installation.
