With no special tools or additional hardware, the PERRIN TGV Delete replaces the OEM part and that’s all there is to it. WHY YOU NEED IT
The OEM tumble generator valve (TGV) is designed to speed up air flowing to the engine during low rpm and low load situations. This makes for more complete combustion and better fuel economy. During full throttle, these valves open to allow for more airflow, but they still create restriction in the intake tract. The PERRIN TGV Delete is a simple bolt-on part to replace the OEM TGV’s on your FA DIT WRX.
The PERRIN Tumble Generator Valve (TGV) Delete removes restrictive components from the intake tract to allow for higher volume of airflow for more power and increased throttle response.
